About Impact Doors
Impact Doors is a garage door repair, service and installation business owned and run by Jarred Turner, a sole trader based at 427 Uhlmann Road, Burpengary East QLD 4505. It works across the Moreton Bay region and North Brisbane, trades under ABN 84 286 615 220, and the phone on 0431 625 191 is answered 24 hours.
Who we are
The trading name is Impact Doors. The registered business name is IMPACT DOORS, registered on 2 March 2020, and the business trades under ABN 84 286 615 220.
Jarred Turner is the owner and operates as a sole trader. There is no call centre, no franchise office and no roster of subcontractors — the person who takes the call is the person who turns up and does the work on your door.
Where to find us
Impact Doors works out of 427 Uhlmann Road, Burpengary East QLD 4505. That is the one address the business operates from; everything else is done at your place, because garage doors do not travel well.
The phone number is 0431 625 191, and it is answered 24 hours. If it is easier to text than to ring, text the same number and describe the door — make, rough age, and what it is doing.
Where we work
The service area is the Moreton Bay region and North Brisbane. In practice that means Caboolture, Burpengary, Morayfield, Narangba, North Lakes, Redcliffe, Scarborough, Kippa-Ring, Deception Bay, Petrie, Strathpine, Albany Creek, Brighton, Sandgate, Chermside and the suburbs between them.
If you are not sure whether your street is in range, ring and ask rather than guessing. It is a short conversation and it saves everyone a wasted trip.
What we do
Repairs, servicing, new door supply and installation, opener and motor replacement, and spring and cable work — for homes and small commercial sites. Repairs and servicing run $180–$250, spring replacement $320–$495, and a premium new motor $800–$880. The price is confirmed with you before any work starts.
How we work
You ring or text and describe the fault. Jarred works out what is likely wrong, gives you a price range on the phone, and books a time. On the day the door gets inspected, the price is confirmed before the spanners come out, and the job is done in one visit wherever the parts allow.
